DISCLAIMER:

The artwork is my own. I work hard on it. Artwork and content may not be reproduced or altered in anyway without my written permission.

All prints and original materials created by Paper Thistle are intended for personal use only.

The purchase of a print or product does not provide the right to publish, reproduce, scan, transmit, digitize, or otherwise make the image available for commercial use.

If you wish to use the content or reproduce images in any form, please send an email to kate@paperthistle.com requesting my written permission. Permission is at the sole discretion of Paper Thistle.

REFUNDS ON LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Paper Thistle is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. All sales are final. If there is an issue with damaged items upon receipt, please contact me with the order number and pictures of the damaged goods.

If you received the incorrect item(s), please notify me within 14 days and I will resolve the issue.

Although I wish I could hand-deliver each and every item, once the art or product has left my North Carolina studio, it is in the hands of the men and women at the USPS to bring it safely to your door! For any lost or stolen packages, please contact and file a claim with USPS.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP:

Many items (such as mugs and tea towels) are made-to-order just for you once you click ‘purchase’! Because of this, it can take up to 2 weeks for made-to-order items to be just right and ready for shipment.

Art prints and stationary that are in stock will ship within 1-5 business days + shipping time via USPS (unless otherwise noted - I’m a team of one and though rare - sometimes take vacation!).

Please note that some products may arrive in multiple shipments either due to various printing partners (or just because of the limited box sizes I have available for art prints and stationary!)

NEWSLETTER PRIVACY

Privacy is of utmost importance, especially as so much of our lives are lived online. Paper Thistle offers the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. If you chose to unsubscribe at any time, Paper Thistle reserves the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers. Paper Thistle reserves the right to use this information as reasonably necessary in the business and as provided by law. Information will be shared with reasonably necessary parties for the ordinary course of conducting business, such as through Facebook ads or Google marketing campaigns. However, Paper Thistle does not sell your information to third parties.

WEBSITE ANALYTICS

We may partner with third party analytic companies, including Squarespace. These companies may also use cookies or other tracking technologies to analyze use of the website and online activity. Paper Thistle does not transfer personal information to third party vendors.
