Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Please reference individual products for shipping lead times.

Note that shipping times vary, but can be expected to ship from North Carolina within 3 days of placing your order.  Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping times range between 2-5 days, depending on where you are located in the country. 

 

Tea Towels and Mugs ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.  These items typically take 2 weeks to arrive after placing your order (each one is made specially for you, so appreciate your patience!).

Your package will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct prior to placing your order.  

All orders will receive an email notification when the order has shipped, along with tracking information.

If your order includes any Pre-order items, those will be shipped according to the estimated ship date. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available for select, limited locations. For information and pricing quote and expected timing for shipping internationally, please contact Paper Thistle. 

For any items shipped internationally, customer is responsible for any and all fees, taxes, and duties associated with the purchase and shipment.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or Paper Thistle Gift Cards are accepted.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to Paper Thistle.  Once we receive your items, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  The timing of receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies. 

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS 

If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again.

If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item. Please email Paper Thistle with pictures to prove the damage to the item. Please also provide your order number. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 10 business days.  

Paper Thistle is not responsible for items lost by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
